All compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, sealed under vacuum in amber-glass vials. Each vial includes the lot number, fill mass, and synthesis date on the label.
Each lot is analyzed via reverse-phase HPLC at 220 nm and confirmed by ESI mass spectrometry. The Certificate of Analysis lists the chromatogram, mass spectrum, and percent purity by area integration.
The COA is a third-party-issued document that records the lot-specific test data: HPLC purity, mass-spec confirmation, peptide content (gravimetric), water content, and counter-ion content where applicable. SilverZone Labs attaches the COA to every shipment and hosts it for download via the lot number.
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water for downstream assays, store at 2-8°C and discard per your lab's SOP. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Yes. Email the lab with the compound name and quantity and we will send the most recent lot's COA. Lot-specific COAs are also available post-purchase via the order confirmation.
Minimum specification is ≥99.0% purity by HPLC. Most lots ship at ≥99.5%. Lots that fail to meet specification are not released.
