Research Use Policy

Every compound sold by SilverZone Labs is supplied for in vitro laboratory and analytical research only. By purchasing from SilverZone Labs, you affirm and agree to the following.

1. No human or veterinary use

Compounds purchased from SilverZone Labs are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body for use in humans or animals. They are not drugs, food, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products. They have not been evaluated for diagnostic, prophylactic, or therapeutic effect.

By placing an order, you confirm that you will NOT:

  • Consume, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce any compound into a human body.
  • Administer any compound to an animal body.
  • Repackage or relabel any compound for sale to consumers, athletes, fitness markets, or any non-research audience.
  • Provide any compound to any third party who would foreseeably consume it.

2. Acceptable use

Compounds may be used for:

  • In vitro assay work in a laboratory environment.
  • Reference standards in analytical chemistry.
  • Synthesis intermediates for further chemical transformation.
  • Educational demonstrations in an academic laboratory setting.

3. Storage and handling

You are responsible for storing all compounds in accordance with the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis recommendations and your laboratory’s standard operating procedures. SilverZone Labs makes no representation regarding stability outside specified storage conditions.

4. Resale prohibited

Resale, repackaging, or commercial redistribution of SilverZone Labs compounds is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Wholesale and bulk-research arrangements are available — contact lab@silverzonelabs.com.

5. Consequences of misuse

SilverZone Labs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, and refer suspected misuse to law enforcement. Misuse of any compound voids any warranty and indemnifies SilverZone Labs against all resulting claims.

6. Reporting concerns

If you become aware of misuse of an SilverZone Labs compound, please report it to lab@silverzonelabs.com.
