These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase from SilverZone Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from SilverZone Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 21 years of age or older.
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or affiliated with an institution conducting research.
- All compounds purchased will be used solely for in vitro laboratory and analytical research.
- You will not consume, administer, inject, ingest, or otherwise introduce any product into a human or animal body.
2. Products — Research Use Only
All compounds offered by SilverZone Labs are sold strictly for laboratory and analytical research. Products are not:
- Drugs or pharmaceuticals
- Food, food additives, or beverages
- Dietary supplements (no product is intended for ingestion)
- Cosmetics
- Veterinary products
- Intended for human or animal consumption in any form
Products have not been evaluated by the FDA. No claim is made regarding diagnostic, prophylactic, or therapeutic use.
3. Order Acceptance
Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SilverZone Labs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected misuse, restricted jurisdiction, payment issues, or any factor inconsistent with our research-use policy.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Catalog availability is approximate; specific lots are subject to ongoing synthesis and quality verification.
5. Payment
Payment is required at time of order. Approved payment methods are listed at checkout. We do not store full payment instrument data on our servers.

7. Returns and Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In summary: returns are accepted only for compounds that fail published Certificate of Analysis specifications or are physically damaged in transit. Opened or partially-used vials may not be returned.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We warrant only that delivered compounds will conform to the specifications stated in the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverZone Labs’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. SilverZone Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SilverZone Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense arising from (a) your misuse of any compound, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any applicable law, or (d) any human or animal exposure to any product purchased from us.
11. Governing Law

12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. 13. Severability

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above reflects the most recent change. Continued purchases after a change constitute acceptance.
