What we do
SilverZone Labs supplies high-purity reference-grade peptides for academic, pharmaceutical, and analytical research. Every compound in our catalog is synthesized to research-grade specification, purified by reverse-phase HPLC, confirmed by mass spectrometry, and shipped with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory.
Synthesis
Compounds are produced via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc chemistry on standard polystyrene resin. After global deprotection and resin cleavage, the crude product is purified by preparative reverse-phase HPLC on a C18 stationary phase with acetonitrile/water gradients buffered at low pH.
Purity verification
Each lot is analyzed at three points:
- HPLC at 220 nm — quantitative purity by area-percent integration. Minimum specification: ≥99.0%.
- ESI mass spectrometry — confirms molecular weight against the calculated theoretical mass.
- Karl Fischer titration — water content, where applicable.
Third-party COA
Every shipment includes a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis issued by an independent analytical laboratory. We do not sell our own quality verification — every lot’s data comes from a lab with no commercial stake in the result.

Compliance posture
SilverZone Labs sells exclusively for research use. We do not market to consumers. We do not make therapeutic, prophylactic, or fitness claims. Every product page carries a Research Use Only disclaimer, and our Terms of Sale require buyers to attest that compounds will be used solely for laboratory research.
