This Privacy Policy describes how SilverZone Labs (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or place an order through our website.

- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. We retain only the last 4 digits and a processor-issued token for refund reference.
- Communications — content of emails, support tickets, and form submissions you send to us.
- Browsing information — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps. Collected via cookies and standard server logs.
- Age verification status — a cookie indicating that you have confirmed you are 21 or older.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Process orders, payments, and shipments.
- Communicate with you about orders, lot information, and Certificates of Analysis.
- Verify age eligibility (21+).
- Operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies

If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful bases for processing are: contractual necessity (to fulfill orders), legitimate interest (site security, fraud prevention), legal obligation (tax, age verification), and consent (marketing). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
9. Children’s Privacy
The site and its products are intended only for users aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately for deletion.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS for all data in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
