Where we ship
Domestic United States only at this time. International orders are handled case-by-case — contact lab@silverzonelabs.com for a quote and customs documentation.

Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
Carriers and methods
- USPS Priority Mail — 2–3 business days domestic.
- UPS Ground — 1–5 business days domestic.
- UPS 2nd Day Air — available for time-sensitive shipments.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included on domestic orders over $150. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Vials are placed inside cushioned, temperature-stable inserts. The exterior carton makes no reference to the contents.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.
Signature requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default. You may request signature confirmation at checkout for an additional fee.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, follow the process in our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Reshipments to corrected addresses incur a re-shipping fee.
