Who can order from SilverZone Labs?
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or institution conducting research. Our compounds are sold strictly for laboratory use only.
Do I need to register an account to order?
An account makes reordering and lot tracking easier, but you may also check out as a guest.
Are my orders confidential?
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. We do not share customer information for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Shipping
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Domestic United States only by default. International orders are handled case-by-case — email lab@silverzonelabs.com for a quote.
Is shipping free?
Standard domestic shipping is included on orders over $150.
Compounds and form
What form do the peptides ship in?
All compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, sealed under vacuum in amber-glass vials. Each vial includes the lot number, fill mass, and synthesis date on the label.
How are the compounds synthesized?
Solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc chemistry, followed by reverse-phase HPLC purification. See About the Lab for details.
How should I store the compounds?
Store unreconstituted lyophilized peptides at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted in bacteriostatic water for downstream assays, store at 2–8°C and discard per your lab’s standard operating procedure. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity and verification
What is the purity specification?
Minimum specification is ≥99.0% by HPLC at 220 nm. Most lots ship at ≥99.5%. Out-of-specification lots are not released.
How is purity verified?
HPLC at 220 nm for area-percent purity, ESI mass spectrometry for identity, and Karl Fischer titration for water content where applicable. Every lot is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory.
Can I see the COA before I order?
Yes. Email lab@silverzonelabs.com with the compound name and we’ll send the most recent lot’s Certificate of Analysis.
Where are the COAs stored after I order?
The lot-specific COA is linked from your order confirmation and from the compound’s product page. Historical COAs are retained indefinitely; request by lot number at lab@silverzonelabs.com.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an unopened compound?
Returns are accepted only for compounds that fail their published Certificate of Analysis specifications or that are physically damaged in transit. See our Refund Policy.
What if my vial arrives damaged?
Email lab@silverzonelabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We’ll replace from the next available lot or refund.

How do I reset my password?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the My Account page.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — log into My Account and update your saved addresses, or specify a new address at checkout.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Approved payment methods are listed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by our payment processor over TLS. We do not store full payment-instrument data on our servers.
